2 slices of thickly sliced bread
1/2 cup of Pastoret kefir
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 vanilla pod
Beat an egg with Pastoret Kefir, vanilla, and the brown sugar. Bathe the sliced bread in this mixture, and toast in a nonstick pan until the surface of the bread turns gold on both sides. Serve with Kefir and the fruits you like best on top.
