For all the fig lovers, today we bring you a recipe that’ll make your mouth water: fig cake with our own Pastoret Organic Greek Yogurt.
Half-whipped cream (Sweeten heavy cream and beat it until thick but not whipped — about halfway)
Pastoret Organic Greek Yogurt
Once we have our sponge cake made, we’ll prepare the yogurt creme with one part yogurt and one part half-whipped cream, to make a spread that’s firm enough to cover the cake. Then, we’ll cover the cake with the creme and decorate it all with figs and redcurrants.
And now we’re ready to eat!
