A typical Catalan gastronomy dessert, which is enjoyed by the whole family. In Pastoret we elaborate it following our traditional homemade recipe, to obtain a cream softer, rich in egg and with a characteristic touch of lemon and cinnamon. This allows to remember the true flavor of this traditional dessert.
